5.0 out of 5 stars. Out of the box and onto the trailReviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Tuesday, September 15, 2015I always claimed I have Teva feet. I live in their sandals. A friend has introduced me to backpacking. I needed shoes and I told her I wished Teva made a hiking boot. Well, sure enough they do. I read the reviews and chose the men's boot- size 8 for my women's 9 foot. They arrived yesterday and I put them on and walked 6 miles with a full pack for a training hike. It was like they were made for my feet. No break in time at all. Fit to size. A little wide but they are men's shoes. I welcomed the width.

Good, comfortable walking shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Marion, the lady who likes men's shoes from Montana on Friday, September 11, 2015I am a female that has wide feet and issues with bunions. I have found that this shoe fits me perfectly and is very comfortable for light trail walking or even walking on sidewalks in town,

5.0 out of 5 stars. Better than expectedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jimmy from Georgia on Sunday, September 6, 2015I had never worn Teva shoes and didn't know what to expect but could not pass up the buy at the price. They run true to size. I wear size 12 and these fit perfectly. They were quick to break in and the soles give great traction. Could not be happier.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Teva fanboy sounds off!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Asheville, NC on Saturday, September 5, 2015I've been a Teva sandal user for decades; one could say I've 'Teva feet', the same way one has a 'Shoei helmet head' or a 'Docker's butt'. *L* And these shoes fit nicely from minute one. The previous pair I've owned has stood up to the abuse I dish out (I'm an occasional hiker, but wear them for work which requires me to be up and around daily and consistently ). Finally the heel blew out on one, and I'm coming through the top on the other, but the shoes remained together up to the end. Even the laces survived, and these were 2+ year old shoes!
I'm looking forward to a long and happy 'relationship' with my new shoes. I've owned others, but I return to Teva's because they withstand 'me'....and that seems to be a tall order. *G*
And they continue to look good despite the daily hammering. And STP got's the goods at a great price. If you want better for less, you'll have to steal them. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Teva Mesh Trail ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Johnny A from New York on Friday, September 4, 2015I found them to be a bit small and suggest ordering a half to full size larger. Nice shoe and I would have rated higher if sized properly.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Light, may be appropriate for dry weather hikingReviewed by Mk46r from Upstate NY on Thursday, September 3, 2015Only worn around the house for one day so...
I would not classify these as trail shoes for the east coast, they are light suede type leather that probably would never look the same after one day on our muddy, rocky trails in the ADKs and Catskills. Might use on trails out west with packed sandy surface but would use an aftermarket insole for any serious distance. Can't speak to the grip on rock but the rubber does feel very grippy to the touch. The arch felt too close to the rear of the footbed when I first tried them on but got used to it throughout the day. Again, new insoles would solve this issue but also whittle away at the savings -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great choice!Verified Buyer Reviewed by bzone from MONTANA on Thursday, August 27, 2015Never owned Tevas before, but always heard they were a comfortable shoe. Price was right. Fit is great, and true to size. And contrary to some reviews, I think they look nice too. Great casual shoe for everyday knocking around. Look great with jeans or shorts! ...But still new, let's see how they do.
