4.0 out of 5 stars. I love these, almostVerified Buyer Reviewed by cjrinsc from South Carolina on Thursday, March 3, 2016I really like these shoes and have worn them a good bit. I've hiked in them and took them to NYC in the winter and walked over 10 miles one day in them. They fit well and felt like they were broken in from the git go. If I'm on my feet for a really long time, sometimes my back will start to ache. I felt like these shoes were the best I've ever had in alleviating that situation.
The only knock I have on these is they are HOT! That is not an issue at all nor noticeable while in use, but to just wear them around the house or to wear them on the plane to the mentioned NYC weekend trip, boy my feet got hot. I finally had to take them off several times. I might be a little extra sensitive, mind you, as I often wear wool socks and Birk's or saddles in the winter but I sure would like to be able to wear these more causally-more comfortably. It could be because they are waterproof. I haven't tested that feature.
That said, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair, so a thumbs up. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. I only buy Teva trail shoes, now.Reviewed by Anonymous from Boulder, CO on Tuesday, November 17, 2015I get about 1,200 miles per year and have used many brands of trail shoes. Only the Tevas really hold up. Almost all of the others fail in some respect or just wear out earlier. I hope Teva hangs in there and keeps making trail shoes!
The only caveat is that they run small, as you hear repeatedly in reviews. Buy men's sizes .5 to 1 size large and you'll be fine. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great hikersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Canyngirl from California on Friday, November 6, 2015Just bought these for my son and they are really nice. Great tread and cushion with a roomy toe box. They do seem a bit smaller and wider than the last Teva shoes he had. Very sturdy. They are a little darker than on the web site. They look like they would be great on any trail.

4.0 out of 5 stars. good shoe with comfort and durabilityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New York City on Tuesday, October 6, 2015got this hiking shoe from sierra
a comfortable shoe that is very rugged in the bottom sole and comfort in the insole..
the width of the shoe is perfect.. i got the 7.5 only size available, but i normally wear a 7.. it is a bit comfy and some room to move but not so much that it is unstable or loose
i got the black leather one in size 7 and that one is more snugged and tight...
this one is a good shoe..
some say it is tight and should get a half size larger. that may be true for some. in this case, it is best because it can get tight if you get your true size
good hiking shoe overall with great price.

4.0 out of 5 stars. ran smaller than my other Teva shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by not dead yet Keith from SE Wisconsin on Monday, October 5, 2015I own one other pair of Teva shoes, which I really like, so I ordered these in the same size (half size smaller than in most) and this pair was too tight. Unfortunately they weren't available in the next size.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Quality shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mark from Connecticut on Wednesday, September 23, 2015I ordered this shoe at my regular size, 7.5, and it fit perfectly. So I did not encounter any sizing issues as others have noted. The quality of the shoe seems well made and the width was perfect. As always, a wonderful price. Thanks STP.

5.0 out of 5 stars. These shoes are great!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Southern California on Wednesday, August 19, 2015I ordered Men's shoes because Women's shoes are too narrow for one of my feet that was previously broken. I wear them while visiting, riding and taking care of my horse at a local ranch. They have been exposed to all forms of muck, water, dust, dirt and horse dung but these beauties are waterproof and clean up quite well. The best is that they are super comfortable especially in the roomy toe box but keep my heals securely in place for hours at a time. Did I mention that my feet also don't roast during these 100+ Southern California summers? Will definitely reorder these kicks!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Good But Wide for MeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Virginia on Wednesday, August 5, 2015These shoes have a good feel, good cushioning and support and toe protection. However, I bought them because I was hoping they would fit me the same as my last Teva hiking shoes, the Bishop Creek, but they were not. The Kimtah's were a good bit wider in the forefoot, more similar to Keens, and I could not get a secure fit even with tight laces and thick socks.
