It's very pointy and confuses me !?, normally -or mostly- the pointy shoes are a dress shoes, but this chucka is a casual body with a dressy pointy front, but I'll keep it I kinda like it, it's well built, true to size and fits well, I wear size 13 Nike shoes and this chuck is size 13 and fits perfectly , also I like the leather laces that came with it, they are a bit long so you can shorten them if you want, the light brown sued color on the website looks the same in person, in fact even better in person.
Shot out to the guys who works in STP, the shoes arrived fast and well packed, so thank you guys for your care. -

Run small and narrow, normally wear a wide and the medium width is narrow and takes some wearing to break in. At least 1/2 size small, only reason I did not give 5 stars. Soft, quality lining and overall well constructed chukka boot. Closeout pricing made this purchase a fantastic deal on a great boot.

I would agree with other reviewers that they run a size large. I usually wear a 12 in boots but bought them in 13 and they fit very well.

Looks nice, well made, seems like they will hold up and last a long time. I didn't like the leather show strings so I replaced them. I ordered my normal shoe size and it seems to be right on, however the heel is a hair wide feeling. May just need a little more breaking in.

Break-in was quick. Supple and comfortable after a few days of wearing. Leather laces are very stiff ...A few passes through coarse sandpaper and a little neatsfoot oil softened them up but they are still somewhat stiff after a couple weeks wearing. The laces look nice but you might consider a different pair of laces to avoid the extra work.
In my opinion is these boots are a bit more stylish than traditional chukkas which I like. Great with jeans or khakis -

Sizing? I wear a 13US/12UK/47EUR, and these 13 boots are a little snug; not a problem, as I wear thin dress socks with them, and plan on keeping them in the "business casual" wardrobe. The boots are marked "13US/12UK/46EUR," and I would say they're an honest 46, and fit like a 12.5US. They are also snug across the instep and in the toebox. So order carefully.
