They run huge - I'm a size 32 and the small is a bit big on me. They first made a mistake and sent me mediums, which I bet would fit a 36.

My only complaint is they are a little on the baggy side for me. I had never tried NB shorts before but have always liked their shoes so I took a chance on these, if they were a little less baggy they would be my favorite pair of shorts.

I think most people would find them too long and baggy for running. But for going to the gym or even lounging, they're quite nice and comfortable.
