Have put my famous name clogs aside in favor of the comfort and styling of the Patagonia's. Although I have found the shoe to be a bit narrow and I can wear my regular size without sacrificing comfort, I believe that a half size larger would have been easier to get on and off.
STP price was unbeatable. A great shoe at a great price! -

I ordered the Patagonia clog [not ankle] in 10 and that did great. I wear it to work and my feet felt fine. I typically have poor comfort with most shoes due to flat feet. My feet are also narrow so I was happy the heels don't slip off on these shoes. The shoe is well made and comfortable but I guess there is variances in sizes.

The 10 however is perfect. They are very comfortable, especially with the high ankle. I put a bit of leather conditioner on them, and they look fabulous. Love them, super buy.

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, got a 9 in these and they fit perfectly. Also I have wide feet, they are snug but very comfortable. Can't wear thick socks, but that's not too much of a problem.

I walked two miles in them my first wearing (okay that wasn't probably the smartest) with no blisters or problems resulting - and I have 'problem' feet due to bunions. They are a little snug to pull on but oh so worth it for the comfort. I wear 7.5 or 8 and purchased the 7.5 and it is perfect. I would not be able to wear thick socks, however, just regular ones.
