4.0 out of 5 stars. Patagonia boots.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Happy Camper from California on Saturday, January 3, 2015Nice quality and style. Decently warm for mild winters. I have not tested the waterproofing yet.

1.0 out of 5 stars. not that cuteVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sun Lover from Minnesota on Friday, January 2, 2015These look adorable on the website, but in person they were just a bit clunky (and I like my Danskos, so clunky does not usually bother me). I wish they had been a bit taller in the sheath. Perhaps the brown color is a bit more polished, but the black pair just looked like ill-fitting rainboots. Returning them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love these bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dai from Flagstaff, AZ on Wednesday, December 24, 2014I love these boots for several reasons: 1. The clog style sole gives me height without discomfort (in fact they are very comfortable) 2. The leather is a great guality 3. Lighter weight than my other clogs 4. They're practical and can easily be dressed up (with a skirt) or down (with jeans or tights) 5. They are well made, sleek, and not bulky at all.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Not very pretty boots, and little support insideVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from new hampshire on Tuesday, December 23, 2014I so wanted to like these! I have foot problems and have to wear clogs around the house all the time now. I'd hoped these would allow me to jump in the car and go, but even with inserts that provide arch support, they just aren't crazy-comfortable. And I'd expected the leather to be either fully distressed or fully NOT. One boot had a big scratch (but hey, Sierra's price was way better than elsewhere) and the rest of the boots are just not very exciting. I give them a "meh". 3 stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars. These boots are made for walkingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from CA on Monday, December 22, 2014Great comfort. Fit is a little loose on my calf, tighter on a friend's calf. Either way, looks and feels good.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Functional not fashionableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Skier lady from New Mexico on Tuesday, December 16, 2014These boots will be invaluable to me when it snows this winter. I work at a ski resort and must walk about a quarter mile through an unplowed area. Then I work in a ski shop all day. These boots worked well for both activities. My feet stayed warm and dry. The leather is stiff probably due to the waterproofing of it. They look great as a casual boot. My legs are thin, so the boot top is a little big. If you want a fashion boot, this is not it. But if you need a boot to keep you warm, dry and safe in winter conditions, you've found the boot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by CBWicker from North Carolina on Friday, December 12, 2014Love these boots! My feet are usually cold and these boots, for some reason, keep them really warm! I usually wear between an 8.5 and a 9 and I ordered an 8.5; they fit well. I've never owned Patagonia shoes, but I really like these. They are also really comfortable to wear all day (I think Crocs are really comfortable and don't like wearing heels all day).

5.0 out of 5 stars. If you love Dansko professional clogs, you'll love these!Reviewed by Braidingone from az on Wednesday, December 3, 2014I ordered these in an 8.5 M black, and am exchanging them for the 9 after a little debate. Basically, they are similar both in look (nubuck brushed leather) and fit (kind of narrow at the joint where your toes meet your foot) as a pair of size 39 Dansko professional clogs. They are slightly shorter; my longest toe touches the tip of the shoe, where that doesn't happen with Danskos. I sometimes get 39s in Danskos, and sometimes 40s, although I'm pretty consistently an 8.5 in American sized shoes. So if you are in between in European sizes like me, my advice is to go with the larger size.
The boot part is a nice calf fit, not tight on average calves, but not gaping. These truly are beautiful boots in look and feel. I could not compare the arch and all day comfort, since I'm exchanging them. But the initial try on made me find them comfy.
