Unfortunately I had to choose a 2X and in some things a 2X works great. I am 6'3"- 220 lbs. so I have a lot of 2X jackets and coats. The vest was to large and I debated on keeping it and wearing a coat under it. I chose to send it back and get a Banded jacket in XLT.
