These boots have true Vibram soles featuring lugged soles for improved traction. High tops provide increased ankle support. The listed sizes can be relied upon to give the perfect fit. These hiking boots will take you on any adventure you can imagine. A good boot at a very reasonable price

However, these boots have a decorative "boomerang" embedded under the leather sides. The forward one placed painful pressure on my feet. I thought they would break in but the embedded piece is hard and ridged. Too bad, they are nice boots.

I put in a six mile and eight mile back to back hikes to give them a test drive. I could feel some typical pressure points in some of the usual areas for me when hiking in new boots, but I can tell I'll work through that after some more miles. I have a plan for a week long backpack coming up and we'll see how my feet and the boots handle it. On another note, I accidentally christened the boots in some northwest style IPA, so there's that.
