It took me weeks of not wearing these shoes to relieve the pain caused by wearing them one day. They look ok, but they are just canvas. Save your money, don't buy these shoes!

Cushe shoes are extremely comfortable, kind of like wearing slippers - I do wish they were available in half sizes as the size 8 is a little big (the size 7 is too short). I was sorry to hear that Cushe has gone out of business, guess I will have to buy as many as I can find so we will have a good supply to last as they wear out.

I only wished they made half sizes. Follow their advice (if you are a half size, order the next size up) but be prepared to add an insole to make up some volume. The shoes have a bit of a curved shape so if you get the smaller size your foot will stretch and flatten the sole out. This made it look like my big toe would eventually wear a hole out of the tip. Size concerns excluded, I liked everything else about them, including the fact that the heels can be just flattened making the shoe a slip-on.

I bought a half-size down, wanting a real slip on fit, but it was a bit snug so am giving it as a gift... they really do look nice. I have had two pair of Cushe shoes before and comfort has always been a plus with their brand. This look the best of the lot in terms of what I purchased before.

Shouldn't have taken STP's advice to order up. I'm not sure what a 10 would have felt like, but the 11's are way too loose. Oh, well.
