5.0 out of 5 stars. I wish I bought 2 pairs!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Amanda from California on Tuesday, May 26, 2015I hope these last forever because I love them so much! They are very comfortable but sturdy. Not to mention I think they just look nice, which is what my friends had to say too. I highly recommend them.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Merrell's standard is droppingVerified Buyer Reviewed by FairGame from Florida on Tuesday, May 19, 2015I don't believe that these should be called hiking boots - maybe "sport shoe" would be a better choice because they are like a toy hiking boot. Thinner, smooth sole (no grip) and a plastic hook eyelet at the top ... really? for serious hikers? I returned them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Daily walking shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Older Skier from North Carolina mountains on Thursday, April 23, 2015Great hard surface walking shoe, no break in time. The sole is a little too soft for rocky trails but the shoe is very comfy and breathable, runs true to size.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice bootVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kristin from Pittsburgh on Friday, April 17, 2015This is a nice boot if you want a light hiking boot. I only do low mileage day hiking. I wouldn't recommend this boot for a serious hiker. There is not a lot of tread on the bottom. I did order my regular size in wide just for extra room and it is perfect.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Merrell Azura Carex Mid Hiking Boots - Waterproof (For Women)Verified Buyer Reviewed by AG the hiker from New Jersey on Tuesday, April 7, 2015I bought two pairs for my two daughters. The fit was perfect right out of the box (I did order 1/2 size larger as suggested in many earlier reviews). We went on a couple of hikes (each about 5 miles long) and the boots were perfect.
I am very happy with the product and the great price at Sierra Trading Post. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Too narrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rivertime from Idaho on Sunday, April 5, 2015I ordered these in a wide width but they were still too tight so I had to return them. Otherwise they seemed supportive and lightweight.

1.0 out of 5 stars. orderede W. got narrow.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from pa on Monday, March 23, 2015we ordered the W for wide version for my girlfriend. this shoe was veryy narrow. the box said W, but the tongue did not. my assumption is that they werent even a W boot. my mother, who wears the same size, but has narrow feet tried them on, caus if they fit she would have bought them from me.... and even she said they were too narrow!
