5.0 out of 5 stars. Great looking BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by IT Dude from Colcoardo on Friday, January 1, 2016I ordered 9.5 which is size smaller than I normally wear and boots were little too small. I ended up returning them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Ariat RamblerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Brian from Colorado on Monday, May 11, 2015A very nice boot for the price. I recommend ordering these a full size lower or at least a half size lower than your normal shoes, this is typical for ariat. The d size is fairly narrow but the leather will stretch, you want a good tight fit and expect a two week break in time. Boot has a nice shape and design.

I have both brown and black pairs. Well made and worth the price. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Most comfortable boot ever!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Friday, February 27, 2015Buy these because they're your style. Wear them more often than you thought because they're comfortable. I've re-soled several of my favorite Justin Ropers and worn out my favorite Dingos. And while I've heard so much about the comfort of Ariats, this is my first pair. Not only are they comfortable on your feet from the first second (no break in) but the uppers are so soft that you don't need high socks. Seriously, the soft leather upper on your bare leg is great. It's crazy soft and flexible.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Trying them outVerified Buyer Reviewed by no cowboy from Michigan on Tuesday, February 17, 2015So this is my second pair of these boots. Cool looking for sure. Pretty comfortable so far. The brown pair I purchased the left boot was smaller than the right and thought it was my feet until the black ones came and the right was tighter than the left. Neither were that far off and the more I wear em the better they feel on my feet. Left boot on the brown pair makes a click sound like a layer in the sole is not glued all the way or something. It's a little annoying but most the time I don't notice it. The black pair doesn't do that at all. I picked up the brown pair on closeout locally so no option to return or I would just for the click. I can hear it and feel it through my foot each time and it's easily replicated by putting the ball of my foot on the floor and rolling front to back...click, click, click. Oh well. won't matter much in the long run. Still a good boot for sure.

5.0 out of 5 stars. UpdateReviewed by Jerry Norton from Saint George, Utah on Monday, February 2, 2015I did find out there's no discernible difference between EE and D in this boot. I compared two identical pair at our local ranch store. The only difference is one is stamped 11D and one is stamped 11EE. It may be that Ariat lets the EE be the default in these square toe boots. I put the question to Ariat customer care and received back this cryptic reply from Stephanie Walker, Customer Care Specialist at Ariat International ~
"Hello Jerry, Thank you for your interest in the Ariat brand.
The EE width is the wider width in our boots, It may have been a defective boot that you were comparing between them.
We know that you have many brands to choose from when shopping and we deeply appreciate that you've chosen Ariat International."
So she's saying some of their boots are defective, or maybe a pair of boots has the wrong width stamped inside?
I don't think so. I compared identical pairs at the ranch store and I own the brown pair of this same boot. These boots vary only by length, not width. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome Phoenix DesignVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Las Vegas on Monday, February 2, 2015I bought these for my BF & he LOVES them. The Ariat brand of boots are always super comfortable and he loves that. Nothing is worse than a night on the town and you go home with your dogs barking bad but that won't happen with these.
Also, I got an awesome price from Sierra Trading Post which was great. Super happy with my purchase. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Really nice bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jerry Norton from Saint George, Utah on Saturday, January 24, 2015The leather is supple. There's a phoenix on the front and his tail is on the back and more wings on the leg of the boot.
Like all cowboy styled boots, they are a bit clompy unless you get a good fit. (No laces, or fasteners et cetera.) My feet are somewhat wide, so I can't wear the pointy toed boots at all. I've tried and it just pinches and makes sharp electric pains in my feet.
So I bought 11EE. I wish there would have been 11½EE, but I think they're gonna be okay. Just need them to stretch a bit where the widest part of my foot is. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Super comfortable, StylishReviewed by Tim from Colorado on Monday, January 19, 2015I really like these boots--very comfortable and very stylish--two things I don't often find for my size 12 EEE feet. I do think the length was a little bit long. Also think that the width is generous, must likely due to square toe box--usually this brand fits a little tight in the toes for me unless I order EEE, but these in the EE size are just perfect. I also like that these boots have nice arch support--somewhat rare in cowboy boots.
