This lays flat on the back of my neck, then both sides lie beautifully flat under each other in front. No bunching, no bulkiness under my coat, plenty of soft warmth. The burgundy is a rich tone, the yarn high quality, and it was knitted beautifully - no loose yarns or gaps.

The material is very soft, not at all itchy (I am fussy about that) and warm. The cables are finer than might appear in the photo, and the knit is not bulky. I can comfortably wrap it 3 times around my neck and it looks elegant. Very cold here now, so much appreciated. Got it on sale, a good buy.
