5.0 out of 5 stars. easy for stiff hands to operate this surprisingly bright light

Bright light for its size. Very easy to turn light on/off by turning outer ring - a better option for someone with stiff or arthritic hands than microlights that you have squeeze on or flip a tiny switch. The trade-off is that the light can accidentally bump itself 'on' rattling around on a key chain. But I'll take that trade-off when loaded down with groceries at the door fumbling with my keys in the dark!

The Ultimate Survival Technologies' Pico Lite 1.0 mini is very bright for it's size. I have purchased similar mini flashlights from STP and they are still working. From previous experience I would not attach the mini flashlight to a key chain that is used daily, because the cap may come loose and small batteries could be lost. When I tent camp I use the mini flashlights to light up the entrance to my tent.
