I continue buying water bottles for exercise, and am consistently disappointed. This is probably the best I've found for running so far because you can maintain a neutral hand position without having to grip. It's also very lightweight and can fold up into a pocket when you're done working out. The valve works well and water flow is excellent. The only things I'd change would be to add some kind of a cap for protection on the valve and make the velcro band a little wider for stability, but still a great product.
