5.0 out of 5 stars. AwesomeReviewed by Vinney from Salt Lake City on Saturday, January 30, 2016Great jacket. Performs well - shuts out wind and holds off moisture. Able to have good arm movement. The stretch cuffs are my favorite for this type of jacket. Right amount of pockets in the right places. Adjustable at the hood and hem. Light weight and comfortable. Does stuff into it's own pocket (one of the hand pockets is equipped for it). Styling is not bad either.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Waiting for WinterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jim from GA on Monday, July 27, 2015Jacket looks great and fits well. Lightweight with many amenities. Real evaluation tho can't come for months; can't critically and objectively evaluate a WINTER jacket in GA in July!

5.0 out of 5 stars. versatileVerified Buyer Reviewed by looking for descriptive review from rocky mtns, midwest on Tuesday, February 24, 2015Just over 6', 163#, 40-41 chest, 29 waist. Medium fits well.
I'm fortunate enough to own highly specialized outdoor clothing to mate with specific activities.
I find that the Havoc factors well for most of my needs as a layer in colder and wetter weather or as a stand alone in milder conditions.
I appreciate that the fit is comfortable; longer and slightly roomier than some of my athletic cut layers; warm but not too bulky.
I also wear this to the office most of 3 seasons.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Outdoor Research Havoc JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Flymaninc from Colorado on Thursday, February 19, 2015Very nice and comfortable Jacket The weight to warmth ratio is great and I especially like the Gore windstopper - really blocks the Wind. As far as sizing: I normally fit into a Large but the armpits were a bit tight on the large, so sent back for the XL. The XL Armpit fit is better. The XL jacket is a little big around the chest without a lot of under layering, but fits well if I use a heavier base.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Feature SetVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bill from Indiana on Saturday, February 7, 2015Of all the lightweight insulated, hooded jackets out there, I chose this one because of the windstopper fabric (go to the Gore-Tex web site to learn more). Am I glad I did. I have already used this on windy days in the 30's and 40's and it does everything they claim. I'd say the addition of windstopper, although it adds a few ounces over similar styles, makes a huge difference in the warmth and adaptability of this jacket. It also seems to be quite water resistant on rainy days. After owning this for only a couple weeks in some pretty nasty weather, I'd highly recommend it. Definitely my go to jacket when it looks windy and rainy out. My only complaint is that the 2-way zipper is pretty sticky and difficult to get started. Hopefully it will loosen up over time.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent!Reviewed by Ike from NY from NYC on Monday, February 2, 2015I am a big fan of the OR Havoc jacket.
The light insulation is very effective and has kept me warm well below freezing with a baselayer and 200g fleece underneath. It sheds water well and completely blocks wind. The hood is just big enough to fit over a Petzl Meteor helmet, so it should get over most other climbing helmets easily.
Seems to breathe well.
My only grip is that the cuffs could be a little nicer. They aren't the best at sealing around gloves or wrapping around the wrist, but its not a failure either.
Amazing jacket for cold, windy days.
