As it happens, my town has gotten more than its share of rain in the past few weeks, so I've been able to use this coat a lot in a short time. Well made and roomy enough to layer a sweater or pullover underneath when it gets cold. If you want extra room, consider going a size up, that's what I did. As an added bonus, it's my favorite color.

This is not just a fishing coat though. I bought it so i can wear while making customer calls in bad weather. The coat fit perfect. Materials all high quality. The hood adjusts multiple ways. The specs on water proof and breath-ability are really good. Be careful of other jackets that say completely water proof, but only have a coating (not a membrane). They loose the ability to keep out water very quickly. I bought this for about 1/5th of the MSRP.

It's sturdy and should last a while. It has a side-zippered breast pocket on the inside more than roomy enough for an eyeglasses case. There is another zippered one of the same side on the outside of the jacket. And, of course, two outside hand pockets.
