I love my no-itch merino wool Icebreaker socks. They wash and wear well and keep my feet comfortable whether hiking, walking or wearing boots. I never get blisters on long hikes while wearing Icebreaker socks and my feet are warm in all temperatures.

A bit heavy on the elasticized/compression feeling, but that's what all the companies are doing these days, for some reason. (It's like everyone forgot how R factor works.) Aside from the gaudy fuschia color, they're pretty nice. I'd love some navy blue or hunter green or gray, but for the sale price, I'll put up with the wild color.

I wear work boots daily and have a hard time finding a sock that works well with them in the winter. They are always too thick or too thin. These are perfect! They keep my feet warm, don't slip down and are not too thick. I think I have bought around 8 pairs.
