I pound my feet on cement floors but have to look nice. These are nice looking, although a bit narrow for my already narrow foot, but just don't have the arch support. I think the toe is too pointy and the heel too high to really be a practicable shoe for running on cement for 8 hours. They will be my comfy dress up shoes for events, church, etc. but not hardcore work. And they are too narrow to really accommodate a thick orthotic insert. I am still looking for really nice dress shoes for that and running out of hope on it. Clogs are too clunky and these at least are not.

Some 41s can be too big for me, but these are a bit snug and the design makes it difficult to get the right shoe on. However, they are beautiful and I am keeping them.

These shoes did not disappoint me either. They are smoky/grayish blue and they are fantastic. Comfortable and very nice looking. I wear 6 for super dressy shoes, 6.5 for everything else and 7 for running/hiking. I ordered 37 and it fits perfectly. Highly recommended.
