5.0 out of 5 stars. Four years later, still a great jacketReviewed by Anonymous from Connecticut on Friday, December 4, 2015I got this jacket in camo green 4 or 5 years ago when I moved out to the "country" from the big city (NYC). It was intended to be my fall/transition jacket. However, even as I get colder as I pass middle-age, this jacket always surprises me with its warmth and functionality. As another reviewer noted, the outside material is a tad thin but mine has not yet ripped or even snagged, despite living and being active in the woods. The overall weight of the jacket is actually super hefty, with the sherpa lining being divinely comforting and warm. The hood is swell. I can put it over my high ponytail and it still stays on, even with wind. The waistband is snug and keeps out cold air but sits nicely. I am a true medium and sometimes even small, got this in a medium and it's a tad tight in the armpits and torso if one layers underneath. So I am pondering getting a large - just for layering (at these closeout prices, it'd be well worth it). As I write about the greatness of this jacket, I am loving it even more.

3.0 out of 5 stars. style is great, quality so soVerified Buyer Reviewed by Baja bound from Ithaca, NY on Friday, August 7, 2015I really like the cut, fit and color of this coat. For reference I'm 5'7" 130# and I got the small. I think another reviewer mentioned this but the outer material feels thin, like it could rip easily. Also I really don't like how the hood connects to the coat -- it looks sloppy and doesn't feel totally secure to me. I'm keeping it because I really like the style and I got it for a great STP price.
