Don't know if it would work with a Brks Bros suit but with everything else it's fine (& probably would work with a suit). Excellent quality. I wear 36" pants; my belt comes as a 36-38" and I'm wearing in the next to last hole -- this is good leather so I don't anticipate much, if any stretching of the leather.

The buckle is much lighter than those reversible belts. Belt itself is pretty stiff, and has this weird zip on inside. All those 20-30 dollar fake leather reversible belts I had before cracks around holes after a few weeks of use.This hasn't happened so I guess quality is good. Color in picture is accurate too.

It was true to size and works with work slacks, as well as jeans. The buckle also looks nice. I would highly recommend. One note aside, there's a zipper on the inside of the belt. I'm thinking this is a secure place to stash a little cash.
