Strange liningVerified Buyer Reviewed by Zach from WI on Saturday, December 3, 2016The entire sweater has a nylon liner, which feels cold on the skin and make it feel like you are wearing a heavy jacket. It would make more sense to wear it inside out, and have the wool next to your body and the nylon on the outside. I returned it. Bought a large and at 6'1"/185lbs it fit well, but was obviously bulky due to the thickness and layers.

I've worn it a few times and it appears to be suited for a variety of cold weather situations which may also include precipitation. It looks like a keeper to me!

No exaggeration you could wear this as a top outer layer in cool wet weather. Inside liner is waterproof and has a lycra type material so it moves with you. the green / loden color is darker than the picture, so the arm and shoulder patches are darker as well. Overall one of the best Barbour garments ever made!
