The A-line construction is very roomy and comfortable without looking sloppy. I wear a size 10 on top and size 12 on the bottom and ordered the Medium. There is no gap between the sweater and the cowl when wearing them together.

Fabric seems nice, but I haven't washed it yet. Not sure it's mentioned, but the removable cowl neck attaches with two buttons. I didn't notice them at first, but not necessary to attach it. It behaves just like an infinity scarf. Very versatile.
