5.0 out of 5 stars. Very slickReviewed by Dave from AZ on Tuesday, May 26, 2015This is a very nice pan, it is definitely non-stick ( I put a slice of cheese in the pan, melted it and wiped it out with a piece of bread, clean as a whistle). The balance is nice and the handle very comfortable. A very good value, I will buy more for spare and other family members

5.0 out of 5 stars. So far so goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by Janet from Oregon on Monday, April 6, 2015We like to use cast iron in our house, but for some things (fried eggs, mostly) we like a non-stick pan. We've had quite a few start to lose their coating, at which point we aren't comfortable using them. This feels like a nice heavy pan. It has also proven to be quite non-stick. At this price I would buy it again. Time will tell how long it will last.
