If your looking for a long-sleeved lightweight shirt for workouts or just casual summer wear, this is a great purchase. The zip neck provides a good level of ventilation and the overall sizing is excellent. I'm 5'9" with a 40" chest and the medium size shirt provides an athletic type fit at the chest and a natural fit (not skin tight) through the balance of my torso. A good length in both the torso and sleeves. The quality of material and stitching seems A-1.
