5.0 out of 5 stars. Mmm....warm!Verified Buyer Reviewed by RenegadeRose from MI on Friday, February 5, 2016I put this on when it arrived to see if it fit...and yes, it did. I sat down in my recliner and promptly fell asleep...I was so nice and cozy I have a third floor attic part of which is not heated...so very chilly in the winter...this and some fingerless gloves when I have to work up there sure makes it a more pleasant task.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Zip sweater is definitely more of a winter coatReviewed by Mostly Mama from Bellingham on Tuesday, December 29, 2015I like this overall. It is well-made and I love the super soft lining. The wool is the scratchy variety, but since it is fully lined, it's not an issue- all you feel is the lovely lining. The style and fit of this sweater make me appear even burlier, which I admit, I kind of like. It is very warm- not something I could wear indoors. I can't decide if I want to keep it. If I lived somewhere where winter is cold but dry, I would wear this often. But with our mostly rainy winters, I'm not sure how much use this sweater would actually get, and it is a very bulky sweater to store. For my situation, I think it is impractical and I'll probably return it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. beautiful but not flatteringReviewed by Anonymous from NYC on Tuesday, December 29, 2015This is a beautiful sweater. You can see that it's well made and hand made by the way the horizontal patches of different colors are not perfect rectangles but are put together very well. The hood is on the skimpy side but it's fine. The lining is very soft. The sweater gives me a lumberjack look. I'm curvy and prone to looking like a lumberjack in bulky sweaters, but this is so nice I don't care. If I pair it with black trim bottoms and a black top, and leave the jacket open, it will be fine. Yes, I'll zip it outside in the cold but then I don't care as much. If you are slim, without too many curves, this might look fine on you. Sizing is fine. the colors are accurate on my monitor. This may turn out to be warmer than I expected; I'll let you know.
