This technology is the best available for outdoor winter sports - wicks, adds warmth without bulk, washes and dries quickly and easily. When I saw this base layer shirt in a color that matches my daughter's ski clothes and in her size, I jumped at it. She'll wear this for 2-3 seasons and it will add core body warmth to her ski outfit which is important in New England.
