I would call it semi-fitted, trim but not tight. Nice long length,also.
I am 6'1" 195 with a long trunk(usually a large, tall) and went with a XL, which is a good fit.
Four stars because it is a bit over priced.

I frequently use it in the gym. The Omni-Freeze option is a cooling technology and nice for active wear. Washes well, keeps its shape and color. Do not use fabric softeners if you want the Omni-Freeze to do its job.

The sizing reflect the shirt stretched out to it's max size. I felt like I was putting on a very tight shirt that formed to my body shape. If you want to wear a lose shirt, buy this 1 to 2 sizes bigger than your normal size.
