5.0 out of 5 stars. Wonderful jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by ColoradoTurtle from Pacific Northwest on Friday, June 17, 2016I really enjoy Smartwool. This jacket reaffirms why I like Smartwool. The cut of the jacket is perfect for wearing to the office. The hood is just roomy enough to pull up up over a bun when dashing from the car to the front door. Only the sleeves are lined, which is different, but not an issue. The length of the sleeves is just right, a little long. The fit seems to be true to size.

4.0 out of 5 stars. WHAT A GREAT JACKET!Reviewed by TalieV from Idaho on Tuesday, March 15, 2016I have been looking for a wool jacket (yes this is a jacket not a coat) for sometime now when I stumbled across this one. I find if I have my wool sweaters on underneath, which I usually do I'm pretty warm. I would not choose this in 10 degree weather but it is great as a transitioning jacket from fall to mid Winter or late Winter to Spring which is when I'm writing this review. I really like the length and the overall look of this jacket. The only reason its getting 4.5 stars is because I too have a little trouble with the zipper. I've played with it a little and it just seems like the bottom zipper is much more finicky the the top. If Smartwool could make the zipper more fluid it would be 5+. I own many Smartwool products including socks, scarves, hats and sweaters and have been please with all of them. This Jacket is a keeper!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Stylish, lightweight coatReviewed by Amy the Adventurer from Minneapolis on Saturday, December 19, 2015This coat runs true to size. I'm a 10-12 and almost always get an XL in SmartWool because they tend to run small. I got a large in this coat and it fits perfectly.
I really like the cut of the coat and the style. I've had a few coats of this style and think this is one of the most flattering and best fitting that I have had. The zipper on mine was a little sticky at first and I was worried I would need to exchange it, however, it has started working better after a couple of wearings. The coat is not super warm and couldn't be used as a winter coat without some serious layering. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Beautiful coat but could be a smidge warmer...Verified Buyer Reviewed by Holly from Colorado Springs on Sunday, May 24, 2015I was super excited to get this coat, based on the great quality and warmth of other Smartwool products I own. I bought a size up as I normally do with Smartwool, but I think this coat is more true to size than other products. I probably should have gone with the medium (5'9"/155 lbs) but the large may work out with a winter sweater underneath. The design is beautiful, with a nice herringbone print, an assymetric zip closure, a great hood for the biting Colorado winds, and the arms and length of the coat fit just right, even for a slightly taller frame. I was a bit disappointed that the coat is not fully lined. I wore it on a cool 40-something degree day, and I was surprised that it wasn't as warm as one might expect. I would definitely not wear this coat on the coldest winter days. Maybe I'm being extra picky, but the zipper gave me some trouble and is not as smooth as I would expect for such an expensive coat. Despite these downfalls, I'm still glad I made the purchase. The coat, like I said, is beautiful and stylish, and I look forward to wearing it in the fall.
