We got size Medium and it may probably fit for women taller than 6 feet. Also, it is very narrow at the bottom of the leg, very difficult to put on ski boots. Returning them now.

Thankfully I can actually get them on but I may blow the rear end out with any movement. I wear a size 8-10 depending on brand and I definitely should've ordered a large. However, when I put them on the legs were perhaps a little loose in the medium, but the waist was about 5" too large, and no tabs or other adjustment means to cinch the top in. Because of the way these are constructed and lined it would be a project to alter them to fit, although if someone has the skill and time it might work. Normally I wear a size 6. I bought the medium because I am between a small and medium size. I had to return the pants.
