The sizing is very accurate. I got a(XL) so I could wear a fleece underneath for spring and fall. I'm 6'2" and 190 lbs. The sleeves are long enough and so is the body. The only drawback I have and this is to do with personal taste no inside pocket. Quality construction. Highly recommend.
