I got him the tan pair in a sz 3 and they fit him perfect. He is 9.5 and has small feet and a small frame so some shoes can just be too bulky and heavy for his tiny little frame. These are great for him to throw on quick to run out and play in the yard or let the chickens out etc without too much effort. My husband has an adult pair too and loves his. He works in an outside office from the house where he works from home every day. So he comes and goes from his office to the house often and these are easy for him to slip on to go back and forth, especially if it is raining a lot and he needs his rainboots, he can take those off and wear these in his office.
