4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm and comfortable, thick insulationVerified Buyer Reviewed by Eastern Snowboarder from Massachusetts on Sunday, March 13, 2016Is well made, warm and comfortable. I like the short piece of stretch spandex at the thumb joint connecting the goatskin palm to the Gore-tex back. Short fingered hand like mine fit very well. The fingers themselves are very thick. Can manage snowboard bindings and manipulating doorlocks, but cannot pick out an individual key for a smaller lock.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Too Much stuffing for small handsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Beverly Brooklyn from New York on Saturday, February 13, 2016The size large felt as though my fingers were being squeezed, so I exchanged for an extra large and my fingers continue to feel as though they are being squeezed. February 13th is the third day that I used them and the tightness/squeezing continues so I cannot rate the down gloves any higher than a 2 due to the amount and density of the materials used for insulation along with the good down. At this time I cannot rate whether the gloves are waterproof.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great for small handsVerified Buyer Reviewed by The Petite Pear from Virginia on Monday, February 1, 2016As soon as I saw another review mentioning the "short fingers" on these gloves, I jumped at the chance to get them. Most well-insulated gloves leave way too much empty space in the fingers for me, which makes for a lot of clumsiness, so I have to take off my gloves to open gate latches, use keys or tools, etc. These gloves are a very good length for my fingers, yet thick and warm. Bonus, the materials are high quality and seem like they will be durable. I am very pleased!
For reference, my hands are 7.5 inches circumference, and 7" long from the wrist joint to the tip of my middle finger. The Mediums in these gloves fit wonderfully. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Warmth in the slopesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Maryland on Wednesday, January 27, 2016Used these gloves when it was -13C outside during snowboarding/skiing and it felt super warm without needed to add hand warmers into them. Extremely war proof and the drawstring was really usefull when i was tucking my sleeves into the gloves. Its super waterproof and was able to just swipe snow off our car just using the gloves. I recommend using this unless you are a pro-mitten kinda person.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great winter gloves!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mountain Sherry from California on Monday, January 25, 2016These gloves are warm and hearty winter gloves. I ordered them during a Southern California mountain snow storm, and when they were delivered, the storm had passed, the sun was shining, and I didn't need gloves that were so warm and waterproof. The gloves go about three inches up from the wrist, and feel warm and protective. I will wear them the next time we get snow - they will be perfect for snow shoveling, snow-ball fun, and carrying wood up a flight of stairs for the wood-burning stove! If one is used to thin leather gloves, these will feel bulky. But these gloves will keep your hands warmer and dryer than any uninsulated, non-Gortex glove will. The palm of the glove is leather, so the gloves could work for driving. I recommend these gloves for cold, snowy winter-weather activities.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Extra Room NeededVerified Buyer Reviewed by Beverly Brooklyn from Brooklyn, New York on Wednesday, January 20, 2016I exchanged the Kombi large for an XL for a little more room. I felt I needed to give my hands, which are small medium room for my hands to breathe. I will have to rate how they do in the cold weather when I receive the larger size.

1.0 out of 5 stars. TerribleVerified Buyer Reviewed by maria Ice walker from Wisconsin on Monday, November 2, 2015I received these gloves and immediately attempted to try on. I could get the left hand on, but the right hand was impossible to get on. I am a female with very slender hands. The glove that I did get on my left hand, the fingers in the glove, especially the pinkie finger, were very short. Very unhappy with this purchase and did an immediate return. Still waiting full refund of initial shipping cost.
