I am a U.S. size 8 - 81/2 and ordered a size 6 based on the sizing chart. I exchanged for a size 5 which fits like a U.S. size 8-81/2.

The velcro fastening makes them adjustable for narrow feet.
However, these were HUGE!!!
Both length and width.
THe sandals said 8.5 D, the box had 8.5 medium. Not sure if it was a wide or not.
Sent back.
