When I received the new pair (2 pair actually) everything matched that was on the new shoe versus old shoe (model / item #, same size) but the problem is that my original pair versus the new ones that I purchased from you were made in two different countries (this was the only difference on label within the tongue of the shoe). The new shoes are noticeably too big and do not fit correctly like my original pair. So apparently the "quality control" was off somewhere. Technically these should be the same but they are not when it comes to fit.
I wore 1 pair of the new shoes for a day hoping the size difference would not be an issue but it was. So I guess I am stuck with them, but I will be returning the 2nd pair. I realize this is not Sierra's issue, this is a quality control issue at Dr Marten's. Unfortunately I am out 1/2 my money for a shoe that I will not wear again because they are too big and not made to fit like my original pair in the same exact size....

Cant beat the price with a good sale day, but am going to have to say, this is my 4th pair of Dr. Martens that comes complete with a GIANT toe box. It is both wide and tall.
I normally wear a 11.5 US. I ordered an 11 UK which is 12US and I feel like I'm wearing clown shoes.
I'll exchanging for an 10 UK (11US) and we'll see how they go.
