I like that the sleeves are 3/4 length since it's hard to find just the right length with a full-length sleeve. The pique fabric makes it more interesting. You could easily wear this over a dress or nice tank/tee for work, but I bought it to dress up a skinny jeans / graphic tee outfit.

Would be great for a petite with flatter chest. Description said it was for the younger set, but I think it could look nice on anyone of the correct size.

Has imperceptible hook and loop inside the front at the waistline which is slightly difficult to actually hook closed, but is unnecessary. Small pockets on both sides with horizontal openings. I've been wearing a size 6 or small in everything from STP, but ordered also a size 8 to be sure to get one that fits. The size 6 was too snug at the shoulders, which doesn't mean it necessarily runs small, it just is cut the way things used to be before all the sizes started getting cut larger (30 years ago, when I was the same weight and shape, I wore a size 10. Then an 8 for a couple of decades, now a 6). The designers and companies are flattering us by cutting the sizes larger. But this is a true 6, so if in doubt get a size larger.
