It was lightweight and perfect for packing. Since the thinness also made it a bit translucent, I had to make sure to wear skin-colored underwear with it. The second time I wore it, however, it ripped about 4 inches along one of the stripes. It was an integral part of my vacation wardrobe, so I was incredibly upset I didn't have the skirt in my rotation.

I love the way it fits, the way the fabric feels, and how it looks on. The only downside...after only one wear I noticed that the fabric in the butt-area was pilling. I wore it to work, in an office, so it is not like it was subjected to the elements.
So disappointing, I did not even wash it yet. I was about to buy another one of these until I saw that.
I am hoping that the pilling does not get any worse, but I do not think I can recommend this product due to the wear I saw on the fabric after one use. -

I'm planning to dress up or down - it will make a great swim coverup too. Very light! love it, and plan to share two of these with my tween - she also loves.
