I do have an Extra Large (XL) rain parka for use when wearing a baffled down jacket to avoid compression. This jacket is only XL in the arm length. It has angel wing arms, but a bit uncomfortable/restrictive. If you are tall and slim this might be the jacket for you.
On the plus side: The features and workmanship are great. And, eVent's reputation for breathability precedes this jacket.

I ordered the XL and I knew it might be borderline small, but gave it a try. Well, it must have been mis-sized or people in England are midgets! This was SO SMALL the zippers were 2" apart! Also, it is designed so the front is real short and the back real long.
Almost for an orangutan! The material is nice-very light and eVent is a fabulous h2o barrier.
So, if you need a smallIsh medium, try this XL. -

First the fit, The XL fit like a small made medium. The shoulders of the jacket were about an inch above my shoulders. The sleeves were about thee inches below my fingers. Thought they were making jackets for human consumption not some small ape.
The quality was inferior. The hood was small and the collar would not lay down. Also the zipper came up about half way up your face. No way you could get it back down to around your neck. The zipper jammed both on removal and trying to back zip.
The material felt flimsy and thin in addition to being overly crinkly. Overall a sparse inferiorly made jacket that has less quality and fit than entry level waterproof shells of major brands.
If somebody paid $400 for this P.T. Barnum was dead on target.
