Bought two for more than 25% less than the tv offer. I am satisfied with the performance. Firm but not too firm and they are cooler through the night without having to flip them over. The pillow is large enough to move my head to a different area.

I haven't been a fan of those pillows. I previously had pillows that were a combination of fiber and foam and loved them but they were worn out. The pillow provides great support for neck, head and shoulders. Love that I could rollover and find a cool/comfortable spot all the time. After 1 night on it I am hooked.

Body parts just melt into it cradled with even pressure in all directions so you can sleep in positions you wouldn't normally attempt for fear of kinking or cutting off circulation (this goes for the bed also). My old pillow needed much more adjusting and thus could actually cause you to wake up to do the adjustments.
One note the King size is long, well I guess it's king sized. -

I love the fact that they are long. I roll back and forth a lot while sleeping and never run out of pillow nor do I have to reposition or re fluff. They are very comfy. Hubby loves them too. He has a bad neck so he was very happy with these from day 1.
