Wash well. Have worn them running and for strength training. The spandex liners do not have grip on them so they do slide up a bit, but do not bunch or get uncomfortable. Not a true compression fabric. The higher waist is a nice change for a smoother look. I am pleased with this purchase.

The inner shorts were more of a liner than compression shorts. These seemed to miss the point of 2 in 1 shorts. They are being returned.
