4.0 out of 5 stars. Comfort you'd expect from ChacosVerified Buyer Reviewed by MermaidJess from Missouri on Sunday, April 3, 2016These are great hiking shoes. They make me feel as if I'm walking on air. The only beef I have with them is that they still upset the arthritis in my big toe, but I'm pretty sure any shoe will. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them so far.

5.0 out of 5 stars. good pair of hiking shoesReviewed by Anonymous from Los Angeles on Friday, March 4, 2016The shoes is comfortable. I was a little worried after reading in some review that the tongue hurts the feet but it fits me fine. I guess it really depends on the person. I'm very happy about the purchase.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Odd pairVerified Buyer Reviewed by Always running late Mom from Keene, NH on Wednesday, February 24, 2016I typically love Chacos (I do have 6 or more pairs) but this hiking shoe was odd The right shoe was somewhat shaped to push and maintain my foot into pronation, while the left felt stable in neutral. I'm sending them back. Maybe it's just the pair. Overall they felt stiff, which a hiking shoe can be, if that's what you prefer. I'd much rather use my Chaco sandals for the freedom of foot movement when I hike.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Feels good, at first.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Walker/Hiker from Texas on Thursday, January 28, 2016Higher heel created an odd gait. Tongue dug into ankle. All of this was disappointing because shoe seemed sturdy and well built and at first it felt good but then started to hurt my feet.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Good looking shoe, very uncomfortable shoe.Verified Buyer Reviewed by MMC from Minnesota on Wednesday, January 20, 2016I loved how these looked, and they have a rugged sole and seemed like they would last a long time. The insoles were hard and uncomfortable, the tongue dug into my foot at the front of my ankle, and the stitching down the sides of the tongue was bulky. I returned them.
