I read all the reviews on several sites saying these ran small. The length seems to be spot on. They are small around mid foot top & ankles are pretty slim. Theses are BIG pluses for me. I have really skinny ankles & calves also 8 screws in left ankle/ lower calf these will be perfect support and not have to be tightened to extremes. Even on me the top seams are a bit tight but since they are high quality leather they will stretch out probably in the snow expected tomorrow here.
I would say if you have a wider foot, even just a touch wide ankles these probably won't work for you.
They fit mine so well I'll be buying their hiking boots next month ! -

The zipper has a 3" gusset at the bottom that doesn't allow the opening to spread enough to get my foot into the boot. After putting all of my weight into it, my foot finally went in (my arch hurt because of the ordeal), and the boot "fit". Getting it off again was another struggle. Who knows if the leather would have stretched over time and repeated wearing - I'm not a glutton for punishment, so I immediately returned them. Too bad, because they are very nice looking boots.

Order a full size larger if you want them to fit. I had to take mine back.

The other reviews led me to size up which is very necessary. If you
have a larger, muscular calf the boot may not be for you. The calf
diameter is not large. The boot has a fashion quality as well and
could go from ski slope to dinner very easily. -

Things I dislike about these boots: I bought a size 8 based upon the recommendation from the reviews to by a size big - and they feel snug even with one size bigger than my norm, meaning doubling up on socks is going to be impossible. My feet are not super warm in these boots, either. I may need more insulated socks than I have, but it seems to be they should be a little warmer than they are as they are. I have large(r) calves than many women and they barely zip up fully on my calf, and certainly not super comfortably. Still, the best taller snow boot I've found so far, so I decided to keep them, for now.

I exchanged them for a full size up, and they were still a bit small. The calf is tight, and I don't think I have big calves - I've never had that issue in other boots. I returned them, which was very easy, and am sorry not to have them. They looked great.
