Very Wide...tent like... in the body from below the bust down, yet bust area, shoulders & sleeves fit fine.
Thus, a smaller size (if it is ever available) would not fit either.
With no clear way to alter it, I have had to send it back. :(

I am short, but this top is far from too long. I would say it is the right length and if anything it could be just a little longer in front. The fabric is fun and the fit is just a wee small, but doable. My only complaint is that it is cut really low in the neck. Unless I want to show way too much skin, I will need to wear a cami or undershirt and it will show about 3 inches...this isn't unusual for me, but wanted to let you know in case that was a concern for you...I think I will keep it.

It was not cut in a boxy fashion it was cut long and straight. I was looking for something comfortable with airflow and I relaxed fit. Do not get if you don't want something that is long.
