3.0 out of 5 stars. Sleeves too tightReviewed by Jim from Illinois on Tuesday, March 22, 2016I _really_ wanted this coat to work, because it's something I've been looking for for a while. A good-looking wool coat, fairly warm (with quilted lining, the same stuff as the bib insert); you zip in the bib insert, fold the lapel across & button it & it's a still-good-looking, significantly warmer coat. So I ordered it, even knowing that I'd probably have to get the sleeves shortened.
But the sleeves were just too tight. I suppose narrow sleeves look better, but even with just a shirt on my upper arms were uncomfortably constricted, and I'm not what you'd call burly. Forget wearing it with a sweater.
So if you've got pipe-stem arms, go for it.
