Overall it was ok, but it really didn't fit my head. The "brim" was sewn in place, and there was no way to fasten the chin flaps up on top of the hat. So I sent it back.

I look forward to the really cold days now that I have an insulated hat that covers my head and ears so well. The long back keeps my neck warm too. This hat helps me to fit right in here in mid-Maine and no one even thinks about me being a transplant. lol I love the velcro closure on the flaps that keep my hat in place on those cold, windy days. Great hat that keeps me nice and warm and ready for the next snow storm!

The only thing I do not like about it is the velcro closure. It is hard to close and will not stay closed. It must be altered, as in, straps sew on it, for it to stay closed. I gave this a 4 star rating because of the closure.
