They are light-weight with a comfortable footbed and nice, substantial clog sole. I normally wear size 7, so I ordered 37 which fit about as well as possible. The heel was a bit too roomy, but a size down wouldn't have been the solution. I figured they could still work for me, especially because I would no doubt be wearing tights or even socks with them at times. I thought I'd wear them around the house a bit to get a feel for them. It wasn't long before one of my ankles felt the pain of the collar digging into it. I was hoping the leather might warm up, soften and stretch a little to ease the pressure against my ankle, but things did not improve. It's funny that only one ankle had most of the trouble. If these were just a couple inches taller, they would work, but they hit right in the middle of the ankle bone. Such a pity, had to return.

I love the open toe box and they look great with skinny jeans. Only downside is that you have to slip them on. Can be a bit tight but I can get over that because they are awesome!

I actually thought I made a mistake and ordered men's shoes. It's so annoying to have to return and pay shipping for a really bad description.

This boot allows me to have "the look" with only a small height difference from front to back. Beautiful taupe color, fine leather. I get reliable fit and comfort from Sanita clogs and this model dresses up nicely.

Gave you height without feeling like a heel. I measure an exact US 8. The 38 was short, my toe just hit at the end. The 39 was too large...waaay too large even with a thick hunting sock. . However if I had a foot that they fit I would have bought them in both colors. Definitely give them a try!!
