I don't feel any of the rocker effect that other reviewers mentioned. That said, they seem well made and they're nice and light. Not sure they'll work for me (I thought they'd have more support) but they were worth a try at the sale price.

They did seem to be great running shoes in cushion and support but because they were too small, I didn't get to try. I would have tried larger but I already had the largest available.

It has a lot of spring as I walk and is really light weight. The shoes are not advertised as waterproof, but they do resist morning dew. I rated it as a 4 because I'm not sure if it would give me enough cushioning if I was a serious runner. Once in a while my feet feel a little sore after a fast walk/run ( I run up the hills and walk the flat). Still, I have been very pleased with these running shoes.
