but STP worked with me... sent back. I always say check every inch of what you buy for problems that arise due to some human error in the packing department. Those gold buckles serve no purpose. I can't say if they are waterproof because I was unable to wear them Buyer Beware A Shame these don't stand up to the name Rockport .
Also didn't look like real leather to me in some areas inside? I went with the the taller style BLK- times 2. I love them both. In the end I was pleased. THX

I usually need a 7 wide but the 7.5 M was roomy and comfortable. -

I think if I were to reorder I would go up at least a half size, a full size if you want to wear heavy socks. I purchased another pair of Rockport boots at the same time and the 8 fit great. Sent them back.
They appear to be a quality boot. I liked that they are waterproof. -

Not the boots fault. The sizing runs to a true medium width. The bigger problem was the heel had a strange, clunky feeling when walking. Not what I expected at all from what seems like a pretty flat boot. Would have sent back for this, even if width had worked out.
