It is medium weight with a tight weave, and warm for its weight, and hangs beautifully. The shirt is true to size (I bought a Medium), with a conservative but relatively trim cut and a good length in the body and also the sleeve (I take a 34" sleeve, and find that the tighter button choice on the 34/35 sleeve you often get just doesn't hack it).
