Sports tops / Golf tops I wear Large or Extra Large (some brands seem to run so small). I got this in XL but probably could have gotten Large.

It is very lightweight and breathable while providing good sun protection. I'm 5'7" 125 pounds and ordered a small. It is fitted so if you want a looser fit I would go up a size.

The fabric is soft (unlike many wicking synthetics, for me) and it does seem to keep me dry. On a high-70s sunny day, though, I did feel cooler with it off. I'm still ordering another!
Fit notes: I am 5'4 with a torso on the short side, 34dd chest, 30 waist, and the M fits beautifully--very flattering. The waist does not ride up even when I'm very active (barn work and horseback riding) and the thumb holes are comfortably positioned to not "pull" on the hand. -

It is incredibly lightweight and moisture wicking. The fact that it protects my skin from the sun AND keeps me cool is exactly what I need. I found the sizing spot-on save the arms being a little long, but the thumb holes are a nice touch.
