This is a lovely coat, in fact at first I was a little worried that it might be too stylish for me as I tend to dress a little more conservatively. However, the functionality totally won me over. First of all, that hood! It is the warmest, comfiest hood I have ever had. It's like a pillow cave for your noggin. I wore it in a snow storm, and the ample hood kept snow off beautifully. The inner fabric of the coat is smooth so it doesn't bunch up your sweater sleeves when you put it on. The pockets are deep. The mock turtle neck is soft and comfortable as well as functional. Also, the coat is very warm, which is exactly what I needed for Minnesota winters. It seems to have a sturdy construction. The coat is well-tailored, and may run a bit narrow in the shoulders. Overall, great coat.
